• If the user fails to use the product by the given instructions, specifications, and conditions provided, or changes the miner’s function settings without ForestMiner’s prior consent, ForestMiner will not be liable for any damage arising therefrom.
• The Hashrate value, Power Consumption, and Power efficiency on the wall are all typical values. The actual Hashrate value fluctuates by ±5%, and the actual Power on the wall and Power efficiency on the wall fluctuate by ±10%.
•  Max condition: temperature 38°C, altitude 0m. The user is responsible for making the machine work in the rated working environment and maintaining good heat dissipation and ventilation. Overheating can damage the machine。
• Caution: The wrong input voltage may damage the machine. Users must use the power supply provided by ForestMiner. ForestMiner is not responsible for the use of other power supplies.

Terms of Sales
Please read the following terms carefully before your purchase. If you place an order on the ForestMiners.io website, you will be deemed to have promised and agreed to all the following terms.

1. Before ordering this product, please ensure you have complied with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdiction and confirm that you can purchase it. This is a nonrefundable product; payment cannot be refunded for any reason after your order is placed.
2. The retail price shown above does not include shipping costs, insurance, customs charges, or taxes(if any). The buyer is responsible for the logistics expenses of this product.
3. During international shipping, our responsibilities and obligations will be transferred accordingly with the definitions of Incoterms used in the order. In case of any accident, we could claim compensation from the insurance company on your behalf at your request. Instead, we will not bear any costs outside of our responsibilities and obligations.
4. You must read the setup instructions carefully before using this product to ensure the product can be operated in the proper conditions and environment. The warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services caused by any use other than normal use, or damage resulting from current surge, water damages, abuse, accidents, fire, flood, overclocking, unauthorized alterations, or improper installation or use with products not approved or instructed by the Seller.
5. The correct operating posture of Forest EPU 2-C is upright (power supply downward) or horizontal, as shown in the product picture. Wrong placement, for example, when the machine is placed upright and the PSU is upward, will cause the chip silicone oil to seep out and damage the machine.

Warranty
ForestMiner warrants the purchased product(s) to be free of all defects in material, performance, and workmanship for 180 days for products from the date of delivery. This warranty extends to the original buyer (and each successive buyer within the warranty period).
Within the period of this warranty, ForestMiner will repair or replace, free of charge, any part that is proven defective in material, performance, or workmanship, but mining earnings will not be compensated.
You can work with ForestMiner after-sales engineers online to find out the faulty parts, then we can send you the replacement parts directly via the express companies. In this condition, ForestMiner will pay the shipping cost of the replacement unit shipment.
You can also choose to return the faulty machines to Forestminer. In this condition, Buyers pay inbound shipping, and we will pay for the return shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss caused by customs delays, losses, or charges.
